Every client site. One dashboard.
Your own WordPress.
Unstoppable Site Manager turns your own WordPress site into a dashboard for every client site you look after. See which sites need updates or have security problems, update them in bulk, manage plugins across all of them, open any client's admin already signed in, and email each client a branded monthly report automatically. Free, self-hosted, no per-site fees.
Stop logging in to 30 sites. Log in to one.
If you build and look after WordPress sites for clients, you know the routine: log in, run the updates, check the plugins, log out, repeat. Unstoppable Site Manager ends that routine. Install it on your own WordPress site, connect your client sites with the free Unstoppable Site Connector, and manage all of them from one screen. There's no outside service to sign up for and no monthly bill that grows with every site you add.
See every site at a glance
Each client site gets a card with a screenshot of its home page, its pending updates, WordPress and PHP versions, SSL status and when it last checked in. Tiles across the top add up plugin, theme and WordPress updates across all your sites, flag sites with known vulnerabilities or connection problems, and filter the list with one click. Star your most important clients to keep them at the top.
Update everything, without the timeouts
Update one plugin on one site, everything on one site, or everything everywhere. Bulk jobs run one site at a time with a progress bar, so a slow host can't stall the job. If a site fails, it's reported with the reason and the rest carry on. Opening a site checks it for updates on the spot.
Update checks run inside each site's own admin area, so paid plugins that only report updates there, such as Crocoblock's Jet plugins, show up and update like everything else.
Manage plugins across all your sites
See every plugin on every site in one list. Activate, deactivate, update or delete across the sites you pick, or install new plugins on many sites at once from the WordPress.org directory, a link, or a ZIP you drag onto the page.
Know when a plugin is a security risk
Turn on vulnerability checks and every site's plugins, themes and WordPress version are checked against the free WPVulnerability database. Affected sites get a warning on their card, and the site page lists each problem with its severity, a link to the full advisory and the version that fixes it. Update from the same screen and the warning clears.
One click to sign in
Click Admin on any site and its WordPress dashboard opens already signed in. Each sign-in link works once and expires after 60 seconds, and every sign-in is recorded in the site's activity log.
Client reports that send themselves
Every connected site keeps a log of updates, plugin changes and new or removed users. Each month that log becomes a Website Care Report your clients will actually read:
- A plain-English verdict on the site's health, with a short summary of the month
- A health checklist: WordPress, PHP, SSL certificate, updates waiting, monitoring and known vulnerabilities
- One tidy line per plugin, theme or WordPress update, and the month's other changes in plain words
- A screenshot of the home page and an optional personal note to the client
- Your logo, your agency name or both, in your brand color
Print it, save it as a PDF, or email it. Add each client's email address once, pick a day of the month, and last month's report goes out automatically, with a copy to you. The Reports page shows every client, their schedule and when their last report was sent.
Secure by design
Your dashboard and each client site are paired once with a one-time key. Every request between them is signed and checked, and no client passwords are stored anywhere, so password changes never break the connection.
